Refund Policy

P2L Labs LLC offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on CommuteLive purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. The guarantee refunds the purchase price you paid.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returned products must be in original condition, with no physical damage, and must include the display, all included accessories, and original packaging. If the returned product has physical damage or is missing accessories, we may deduct the cost of the damage or missing items from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected, less any deduction described above.

Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
