12-Month Limited Warranty

P2L Labs LLC warrants that the CommuteLive display and the accessories included in the box will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date you receive them.

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair the product, replace it with a new or equivalent refurbished unit, or refund the purchase price. The choice among those remedies is ours. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

To make a claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for photos or a short video before issuing return instructions. We pay return shipping for valid warranty claims.

Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, fire, or misuse; cosmetic wear such as scratches; damage from power surges or from a power supply other than the one supplied; damage from unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification; and consumable wear from normal use over time.

This warranty covers hardware. It does not guarantee uninterrupted transit data, network connectivity, or the continued availability of any transit agency feed. See our Terms of Service for how transit data is provided.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to units bought from CommuteLive or an authorized reseller. It is not transferable.

This warranty is in addition to the 14-day money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy, which lets you return the product for any reason. You do not need a defect to use that.

Any implied warranties on the product, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 12-month term of this warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so those limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
